All participants must pay the appropriate registration fee (co-authors do not need to register unless they plan to attend the meeting).

- Participants registering after the deadline (March 15, 2016) will have to pay supplementary € 50.
REGISTRATION FEES.
All fees are 22% VAT included.
The Full Conference registration fee includes access to conference sessions, lunch and coffee-breaks, first day welcome drink and conference dinner.
The conference dinner (on Friday evening) is not included in the "One Day Pass" formula. Accompanying persons and "One Day Pass" holders that would like to attend the conference dinner should pay € 30 (details in the Registration website: link above).
There are no funds or grants for travelling to or attend the conference. What we were able to do to answer the requests to participate with limited expenses is to provide the opportunity for a "One Day Pass" and, as usual, differentiate the rates according to the participants' specific statuses.
Each registration fee gives right to submit up to two papers.
Please note that "EURA members from Central & Eastern Europe" as well as "Non-EURA members from Central & Eastern Europe" are defined as countries that joined the EU in 2004 or later as well as European countries that are not EU members (with the exception of Norway, Switzerland and Iceland).
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Conference organisers must be notified in writing by e-mail (info@eura2016.org) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. Please, mention if you are part of any session and clearly indicate your intent to withdraw as well. The appropriate refunds (see below the conditions) will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Please note that if, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

- cancellations received before March 15, 2016 will have full refund of the registration fee less € 30 as handling fee;
- cancellations received between March 16 and May 15, 2016 will have a refund of 50% of the registration fee;
- from May 16, 2016 there will be no refund.
